Job Title - Cashier
Location - Scottsdale, AZ
Job Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate : $16.78/ Hourly/ W-2

We are hiring Cashier for one of our clients in Scottsdale, AZ.

Job Description:

• Maintain high visibility and interaction with a wide variety of internal and external customers, follow complex oral and written instructions,
• Provide a high level of customer service to guests, visitors, vendors, and employees,
• Perform simple arithmetic computation ( including adding, subtracting, multiplication and division),
• perform essential function in a timely manner,
• Achieve a shared commitment to quality and customer service in everyday work,
• Effectively and courteously communicate with the public,
• Both verbally and in writing, tactfully handles situations with customers,
• Proficiently access and input information on several computer screens, listen and communicate effectively with a diverse group of people, perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Basic accounting procedures and practices,
• Basic office practices and procedures,
• Business English, grammar, spelling and arithmetic

Skills Preferred:

• Standard office equipment operation,
• Excellent writing and communication skills,
• Computerized billing systems including specialized software applications.
• Microsoft Office products and other relevant technologies

Experience Required:

• One year of customer service experience with the public to include clerical work experience

Experience Preferred:

• Accounts receivable or billing experience.
• Cash, credit card, and checking counting, reconciliation experience, cashiering (point of sale transactions)

Education Required:

• A high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent

Work Hours:

• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $19.84 per hour

Shift:

• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Scottsdale, AZ 85268: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
