Handy Mart LLC is a locally owned business consisting of Dunkin' Donuts, Subway and Baskin Robbins restaurants, while accompanied by a Convenience Store.

The Duties and Responsibilities for the Job
- Provides prompt and courteous customer service
- Effectively communicates with store associates and customers
- Follows all Federal, State, and Local laws and ordinances pertaining to the operation of the store including Health Department Rules
- Treats all associates & customers with dignity and respect
- Advises management of any personnel situations or policy violations which might have an adverse effect on the store’s operating performance
- Ensures all procedures are followed
- Uses and demonstrates suggestive selling techniques
- Ensures store appearance reflects the Company’s expectations and standards
- Floors are kept clean
- Entrance / Exit doors and cooler doors are kept clean
- Parking lot is swept daily and gasoline island windshield wash / squeegee is ready
- Ensures rest rooms are clean and in working order
- Ensures all food service areas are clean and equipment is in working order
- Maintenance needs are reported to Bill Hayes in a timely manner
