Overview:
As our Cash Room Auditor, you’ll help ensure daily records of sales have been accurately accounted for so that we can provide a memorable day in the mountains for our guests.
Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour West of Seattle via Interstate 90 at Snoqualmie Pass, The Summit includes four unique mountain areas, a snow tubing park, Nordic center, and 10+ food and beverage establishments. As our Cash Room Auditor, you’ll help ensure daily records of sales have been accurately accounted for so that we can provide a memorable day in the mountains for our guests.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately process and review cashier tie outs, reaching out to the appropriate party to resolve variances.
- Reconcile reports from various sales locations by comparing the cashier’s receipts to the reported sales.
- Prepare daily bank deposits for cash and cash equivalent sales receipts.
- Protect Company operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
- Perform various other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- A passion to deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
- Proficient computer skills that include Microsoft Word and Excel, and knowledge database programs.
- Prior Knowledge of cash handling controls and procedures.
- Processing and reviewing point of sale tie outs.
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED. Customer service experience.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Must have computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel, and database programs
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
