This company is looking for passionate and caring individuals who desire to help the most vulnerable members of our communities thrive! The Care Coordination Supervisor will direct supervision to assigned staff and, through training, motivation, and direction, ensure adherence to the high-fidelity wraparound care coordination model, ensuring quality care for children and families/caregivers representing diverse socioeconomic, racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. Candidates with 3+ years of supervision experience in behavioral health or related field will be considered. LSW or LPC is a plus.
