Job description

Daily activities will include, but are not limited to, addressing pre-closing check-list items and post move-in items for new residential construction. Must be able to assist the new construction team with production tasks as needed (example: frame soffit around duct work, air seal the perimeter of a house, install blocking for fixtures, etc).

Company will provide the necessary tools to complete the required tasks. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for job-related driving, following the federal mileage reimbursement guidelines.

Individual must have residential construction experience and be able to perform the following tasks: Light wood framing, drywall repairs, paint touch-ups, interior trim, adjust interior doors and cabinetry, caulking, jobsite cleanup and organization, materials handling, light shovel work and silt fence setting. Other residential construction tasks may be requested as needed.

Individual must be personally responsible and motivated, be able to work on projects in a single-person capacity and provide high-quality finishes, have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and be able to communicate well with team members and homeowners in person and in writing.

Work week is a 40-hour work week during the hours of Monday - Friday 7am-4:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
