Summary:

Live-in position – exclusive use of furnished, lower-level apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor space). All utilities are provided, including internet. Full mechanical maintenance provided. $1,000 extra stipend for special improvements as needed. (Apartment will be clean and furnished on arrival.)

Responsibilities:

• Mondays – Day off (typically)
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – Light days, assisting household, 4 hrs +/-
• Saturday & Sunday – Main working days
• Household duties – Examples: Meal preparation, dishes, laundry, cleaning, dogs, etc.
• Errands – Examples: Groceries, children drop-off/pick-up, dry cleaners, drug store, etc.
• Contractors – Coordinate/meet indoor contractors, as needed (20 UL + 19, 18, 17, 34)
• Guest House – Special responsibility to oversee
• Watch property when clients travel – Examples: Wyoming, Rhode Island, Florida, etc.
• On-call (on-site) as needed

• $ 2,500 relocation bonus – paid after 60 days.

• Personal pet is allowed – assuming he/she is compatible with the client's pets

• iPhone – provided/covered if interested, not required (option to keep phone number).
