Your work environment is at one of our positive and upbeat offices located in Beaverton & West Linn, working with people who are dedicated to providing personal assistance and support for activities of daily living in a home setting. The Care Staff Staff Coordinator (Recruiter) creates relationships with referral sources and promotes the services of Visiting Angels caregivers as a vital component to senior care.

A well-trained and supported Care Staff is key to quality care and the Care Staff Staff Coordinator (Recruiter) plays an important role in recruiting our Caregivers. The Care Staff Coordinator (Recruiter) orchestrates and manages all scheduling of interviews and on-boarding for new staff, with support from our Caregiver Manager and Client Services Team. Interfacing and coordinating with staff in recruitment and retention activities is a significant component of the position. Your magnetic personality will win browny points! This person ideally has experience working in the home care or medical field with a strong ethical and organizational background.

Qualifications:

The Care Staff Staff Coordinator (Recruiter) will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be computer proficient. The individual in the position will contribute to an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Education and Job Requirements:

  • 1 year successful track record in recruiting, marketing or related field
  • Ad placement and development a plus

Compensation Package:

  • $21 to $25 per hour with an additional individual monthly performance Bonus program.

Work Hours are in office 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
