POSITION OVERVIEW
PWCC’s continued growth has brought us a unique opportunity to join our team as a Capital Analyst. Reporting to the Capital Manager, the Capital Analyst is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities in support of the company’s capital department including assisting in renewable commercial loans, various capital management tasks, and analysis activities. They will work closely with the Finance and Client Services teams, as well as other PWCC departments to help with facilitating the auditing and tracking of accounting and financing for client transactions and collateral-backed loans. The Capital Analyst will be relied on to spearhead renewable commercial loans, identify and fix issues associated with loans, and develop better processes. The ideal candidate must be extremely detail-oriented and have some level of technical competence. This is a hybrid position, with expectations to come into the Tigard, OR office as needed and/or requested, for training, meetings, and company events.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: *
- Analyze Renewable contracts
- Conduct daily audits on Renewal Commercial loans
- Analyze of interest invoices and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve balances owed
- Maintain statistical/financial databases
- Address and complete Freshdesk tickets
- Apply proficient functional knowledge to produce complex work deliverables
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
- Reconcile internal reporting of financial data
- Consolidate a wide range of financial projections for the development of both short-term and long-term business plans
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management
- Follow written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS degree in Business or MBA preferred with courses in Accounting, Finance, and Excel
- 0-2 years’ experience preferred
- Ability to function in and adapt appropriately to a fast-paced environment
- Strong mathematical, accounting, and fundamental finance skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff with professionalism and confidentiality
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), willingness to learn advanced Excel techniques and use a myriad of additional online software tools
- Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive critical thinker and problem solver
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong planning and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
