Job Title: Canvassing Manager

As a Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our company's door-to-door sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in canvassing and a proven track record of driving sales and generating leads. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive canvassing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers to ensure high-quality performance and achieve sales targets
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to canvassing team members, including conducting regular performance evaluations
• Plan and execute effective door-to-door sales initiatives, targeting potential customers in affluent neighborhoods
• Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, businesses, and community organizations to generate leads and referrals
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align canvassing efforts with overall business objectives
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and applicable regulations during all canvassing activities

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in canvassing or direct sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers and team members
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets

Compensation:

A competitive annual earnings target of $300,000 between a blend of salary and performance incentives/bonuses.
