$640 per week base pay with a monthly accrued bonus that has no limit!!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages a team of canvassers with a direct hands-on approach, provides motivation and coaching to help team reach daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Oversees all canvass field activities, including training, role playing, daily meetings, field supervision and motivating team members.
• Monitors and coaches every team member to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts, and customer service guidelines.
• Coordinates w/ Corporate Marketing to assist with local implementation and tracking of other corporate marketing initiatives.
• Establishes positive community relations through involvement in community organizations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Conversation Skills - The ability to get into conversations easily. Persuasiveness is a plus!
• Marketing Skills- You are promoting our company through the simple offer of a free inspection. Marketing means selling yourself and/or the company. Having a background in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Physical Stamina - Field marketing includes the ability to gain exercise while being paid.
• Goal Oriented - Weekly attainable goals are given. The more people you can engage with during a day increases your ability to meet these goals.
• Adaptability - Being able to adjust quickly to changes including new ideas, strategies, other work processes and even weather conditions is a highly valued skill for our Field Marketers.
