Full Job Description
A Cannabis Consultant is responsible for assessing the needs of the customer and educating/guiding the benefits and differences of cannabis products. Cannabis Consultants ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive listening, actively communicating, and excellent service. A successful Cannabis Consultant will be able to achieve sales goals, provide personalized product suggestions, and exceed our customers expectations.

DUTIES:

- Fulfill opening/ closing duties
- Maintain fully stocked and clean displays
- Assist with running side tasks, stocking, cleaning and other productive tasks during down time

-Updating all online menus with new products and removing products as they sell out.

- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times

- Perform front desk duties when assigned – including greeting and checking in customers.

-Attend company meetings, training, and promotional events as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through providing excellent customer service
- Listen to customers needs and provide guidance and education on products
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Must be knowledgeable on all products offered and able to discuss available options with customers
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases; cross-sell products; handle returns of merchandise
- Build and maintain excellent customer relations

- Must stay updated on any and all research, information and new products in the cannabis industry

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a background screening.
- Must have a minimum experience with cannabis.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have open availability of Mornings, Nights and weekends.
