Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming, SystemVerilog, or Verilog.
  • Experience designing or verifying digital logic at the Register Transfer Level (RTL) using SystemVerilog for FPGAs, ASICs, SOCs in coursework, internship(s), work experience, or research project experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with verification methodology such as UVM/OVM/VMM.
  • Experience with SystemVerilog/UVM and SVA.
  • Experience with the full verification lifecycle and simulation-based verification.
  • Knowledge of image/video processing algorithms, digital imaging, computer vision methods/algorithms and image quality metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.

You will use your design and verification expertise to verify complex digital designs. You'll collaborate closely with design and verification engineers in active projects and perform verification. You will build efficient and effective constrained-random verification environments that exercise designs through their corner-cases and expose all types of bugs. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of verification, from verification planning to test execution, to collecting and closing coverage.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Plan the verification of complex digital design blocks by fully understanding the design specification and interacting with design engineers to identify important verification scenarios.
  • Create and enhance constrained-random verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM, or formally verify designs with SVA and industry leading formal tools.
  • Identify and write all types of coverage measures for stimulus and corner-cases.
  • Debug tests with design engineers to deliver functionally correct design blocks.
  • Close coverage measures to identify verification holes and to show progress towards tape-out.
