Reports To: Contact Center Director

The training coordinator is responsible for delivering new hire training courses. The training coordinator evaluates the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. The training coordinator is responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.

Core Responsibilities

• Confers with management and team leads to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training.
• Conducts training per Orientation schedule.
• Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, etc.
• Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
• Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
• Assists employees with problems concerning "how to" perform specific tasks related to their positions.
• Maintaining report to monitor individual training growth and identify lack of progression.
• Conducts role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork and conflict management)

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
• Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
• Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
• Familiarity with interactive learning activities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High School or equivalent education
• Additional certification in training is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
