Customer Coordination Specialist Job Details:

• Hours: M-Th 11am - 7pm, Friday 9 pm - 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am-noon onsite
• United Air Temp serves over 30,000 unique customers across VA, MD, GA, and FL.
• The Customer Coordination Specialist is responsible for contacting customers via phone and scheduling their semi-annual maintenance service.
• The Customer Coordination Specialist is financially rewarded for each appointment scheduled, almost doubling their income.
• The ideal candidate should have experience connecting with customers over the phone and feel comfortable working in an office environment full-time.
• This entry-level position could be the springboard for multiple corporate functions.

Customer Coordination Specialist - Impact the Company’s Success by:

• Managing the long-term relationship with each UAT customer, ensuring their HVAC and Plumbing systems are maintained and serviced semi-annually
