**Call Center Sales Representative**

Base Pay starting at $14 + Commission

Come in and work with us at our San Antonio, TX location! We are looking for fun and enthusiastic full time Call Center Representatives to help assist customers in finding solutions to retain and right-size their cable TV & internet accounts. These Sales Representatives must be patient and love helping others, all while taking inbound/outbound calls.

A positive attitude and ability to multi-task is a must!

No call center experience? No problem, WE WILL TRAIN YOU!! : )

If you lack previous call center experience, we offer paid training, coaching and continuation training throughout your tenure to advance your skills. No certifications or degrees are required! Applicants should have excellent verbal communication skills. The position requires regular attendance and timeliness.

Duties include:

• Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree or equivalent
