Patient Service Representative Position open in Anaheim. Salary $23/hr
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, reschedule, and/or cancel medical and/or dental appointments.
- Answer incoming calls for medical/dental offices.
- Screen and transfer calls
- Answer patient questions, appointment confirmations, and patient registration.
- Collect/Update/Verify all patient insurance information.
- Relay patient questions. requests, and other calls to the appropriate department.
- Participate in training and meetings.
Skills:
- Fully vaccination requirement.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Minimum 40 WPM
- Good computer skills.
- Open to flexible work schedule.
- Good attention to detail and can multi-task.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- One year experience working in a call center environment preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Bilingual Vietnamese preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fullerton, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
