Synq3 Restaurant Solutions is named for the synchronization of People, Process, and Technology. As a Call Center Representative, you combine all three. You will work with our Guests to take their food orders using the most innovative restaurant software. Our Call Center Representatives/Ordering Specialists are responsible for speaking with Guests to receive their take out or delivery orders and place those orders through our software. You get to deliver excellent service to our Guests while handling phone calls for well-known and well-established restaurant brands such as Red Lobster, Applebee’s, California Pizza Kitchen, Habit Burger, First Watch, and Chipotle Mexican Grill.

• Base pay + bonus potential of $150/month (part-time) or $300 (full-time)
• Increase your hourly rate every time you take on additional concept responsibilities
• Accelerated promotion to full time based on consistent performance and scorecard metrics being met (you have full visibility to your scorecard, by the way)

Remote work from home

• Work out of the comfort of your own home while feeling connected to your Supervisor and your team
• Select a designated 6 -7 hour window within which you can be scheduled work. We need people between 1pm to 12am CST

Requirements

• Must have hardwired internet service connecting directly from modem to computer via ethernet cord, with 25+ mbps of download speed and 2+ mbps of upload speed
• Provide your own noise-canceling headset. Headset must have a USB plug-in; wireless and Bluetooth are not compatible
• Navigate a computer, accurately enter information, learn menus, and deliver on product knowledge
• Communicate clearly over the phone
• Extend excellent customer service in a friendly and polite manner
• Handle multiple computer platforms and functions while maintaining a conversation with the guest
