The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Handling all cuisine in according to health and sanitation standards and work as a team to ensure their fellow support staff follows suit.
• Execution of all assigned menu items in coordination with the expeditor on duty, preparing pantry menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure the highest possible standards of guest service are provided and listens and responds to guest and associate concerns and questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized pantry at all times.
• Stock food items as needed; label and rotate all food products.
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience in a restaurant of similar capacity and level of cuisine.
• Able to engage with client professionally and interact daily.
• Have a knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to follow a recipe, including performing basic math skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Standing and walking 100% of the time in a fast paced and busy environment.
• Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at waist, bending and squatting.
