POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the Caesars Rewards area. Assist with the formation and set-up of slot tournaments and the implementation of various slot promotions.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive. Assists and advises other departments and Company personnel, as necessary, to assure the successful performance of Caesars Rewards and the Company overall. 2. Assist with developing and managing the budget for Caesars Rewards. 3. Interviews, hires, and evaluates team members. Delegates authority and assign responsibilities. 4. Ensures that Caesars Rewards is trained and provides the highest level of guest service. Ensure the safe and security of team members and customers. Manage programs and processes to control and reduce loss time injuries. 5. Responsible for the balancing of the issued Caesars Rewards certificates and any promotional merchandise of value that is distributed through Caesars Rewards. Ensures all coupons and promotions are in compliance with gaming commission and tax commission rules and regulations. 6. Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates. 7. Reviews Caesars Rewards activities and promotional status with Marketing management. 8. Monitor and adjust performance to local competition. 9. Meet with departmental director and managers as necessary. 10. Responsible for planning, controlling, communicating and implementing procedures and processes for the overall efficient operations of the department. 11. Answers patrons complaints and resolves problems. 12. Assists and advises other departments and personnel as necessary to ensure the successful performance of the Hotel and the Company overall. 13. Meet with directors and managers as necessary. 14. Monitors FTEs, actual head count, and overtime. 15. Achieve departmental and individual performance goals and duties in a timely manner. 16. Demonstrate ability to understand, communicate and comply with Company Policies, Processes, and Procedures. 17. Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Physical demands associated with the position including, but not limited to, extensive standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Office environment and casino environment exposed to various temperatures, smoke, dust and fumes, bright lights, and excessive noise levels. May include high rise hotel and atrium. Knowledge of casino / player database systems. 2. Management abilities demonstrated in managing shift. 3. Public relations and customer service skills. 4. Oral and written communication skills. 5. Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel. 6. Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the . 7. Timeliness and accuracy in performing assigned duties and responsibilities. 8. Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results. 9. Ability to manage and resolve complex issues. Can be a high stress environment. 10.Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.

Pay: $40,783.31 - $123,459.21 per year
