We are seeking experienced high-end custom cabinet installers looking to take the next step into their future. Qualified candidates must have experience with high end custom installations and must be able to read multi-level drawings, demonstrate excellency and enjoy training, coaching and mentoring their respective teams in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Installation and engineering feedback to design team on custom drawings
• Ensure Mayfield standards are being held
• Manage labor and installation job budget costs to ensure margins are held
• Verify that all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the installation is completed and accurate
• Manage installation related issues and provide solutions
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
• Represent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed.

Qualifications

Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior 5 years experience directly installing cabinets required

Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
