Luster National Inc., a minority-owned small business headquartered in Mill Valley, California, with offices nationwide, a highly respected Program, Project, Construction and Consulting Management company, is seeking a Client Service Leader - job location: Sacramento, CA

About the position:

  • Client Service Leader is a self-motivated person.
  • Requires minimal supervision and is extremely comfortable managing personnel, interfacing with the client, and has the business acumen to manage using quantitative metrics.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible to provide oversight and program level management to overall contract operations at multiple locations in CA to include Sacramento and Fresno.
  • Maintains and manages relationships with teaming partners senior level management at both the program and regional level.
  • Responsible for managing multiple contract operations, ensure ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards are adhered to, the work performance on all task orders and projects, plan, organize and oversee work efforts, identify, assign resources, manage personnel, and provide risk mitigation measures to direct report.
  • Produce an annual business plan for programs/projects that fall under his leadership.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Self starter, excellent communication skills, comfortable meeting people, possesses leadership traits and has previous experience serving in a regional leadership role with profit and loss responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • CA PE or RA
  • Management of infrastructure design-build programs
  • Computer skills sufficient to conduct presentations, create budgets and forecasts
  • Experience in managing large programs utilizing quality and risk based thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CCM, Advanced degree; transit experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
