Green Tree Country Club is a privately owned country club. All staff members are here to serve the needs of the membership with class and respect. This position will be interacting with our members on a regular basis. We have a great team in place and we all understand that our members come first!
Green Tree Country Club is looking for Bussers and Runners to add to our growing team of service professionals. Applicants should be eager to work and outgoing. This position is paid hourly and bi-weekly. This is a great position for high school and college students. Great pay, Great hours, Great business, and Great relationships built.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To efficiently serve food in a friendly and courteous manner. To follow the service sequence and standards of the club, according to the training manual.
- To have complete knowledge of all menu items including preparation of those items.
- To help clear tables and get them ready for food service. Adjust for missing silverware.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all uniform requirements; to be professional in both appearance and manner at all times
- To fold napkins, polish B&B and prepare sections according to food service. Ex. Lunch, Dinner, Happy Hour
- Knowledge of, and respect for, all staff privileges and responsibilities
- Adherence to schedules and attendance at all staff meetings
- To be prepared to greet members and guests.
- To work well as a team member with the entire club staff
- To be aware of all state laws pertaining to the sale and service of liquor and alcoholic beverage
