Job Description

B2B Inside Sales & Service Account Manager. Provides customer support to existing clients. Acquires new clients by identifying and contacting prospects through CRM utilization and industry networking. Builds strong relationships by providing exemplary customer service and meeting or exceeding expectations. Initiates and completes required paperwork accurately, efficiently and on-time.

Work Environment:

We have a fun-filled & fast-paced, open office setting. Providing our team with a beautiful award winning facility, on site coaching/training, all the necessary tools for a meaningful and successful Career and limitless opportunity.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40-hour work week).

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively & efficiently with customers, clients, co-workers and managers to build and maintain strong, long-lasting, professional relationships
  • Outgoing and Confident Personality a Must
  • Self-motivated and Driven
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and recognize the needs of customers.
  • Keep current with competitors, industry and market trends
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficient computer and math skills
  • Proven sales and negotiation experience is a plus
  • Ability to speak a second language is a plus.

Salary:

  • Competitive Salary with Year End Bonus Opportunity (*not commission based). Starting Salary Based off Candidate and Experience.
