Requirements:Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the booking and funding of new loans, loan modifications, and renewals.
- Prepare closing documentation and coordinate closings.
- Be available as Branch support for questions.
- Ensure that all participation loans are built accurately in Addition Financials Participation and Participant Manager Module.
- Serve as a PPP servicing expert.
- Monitors and completes operations requests and Synapsys events.
- Creates and documents procedures
- Expert knowledge of business account documentation, products, and services.
- Remain in compliance of the financial services industry knowledge, standards and practices.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience three years to five years of similar or related administrative experience demonstrating
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Interpersonal Skills with a significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
- Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to complete work with minimal errors.
- Maturity and tact to handle confidential information.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial documents.
