What Responsibilities Will You Have?

  • Provide legal and non-legal administrative support to our Of-Counsel attorney, legal assistants, sales teams, and clients
  • Act as a liaison between sales teams and legal staff along with expediting legal fulfillment as necessary
  • Oversee the unique needs of each sale specific to our clients and their businesses
  • Assist clients with an understanding of their legal products related to trust and other legal documents through multiple consultation meetings both on the phone and via email through to completion
  • Distribute legal products to be drafted by our in-house and contracted drafting teams, ensuring timelines and compliance are met
  • Conduct ongoing quality assurance on the services and products we provide to our clients
  • Provide white-glove customer service for all clients regarding existing products and uncover opportunities for additional legal products
  • Prepare weekly department reports for the Executive Team

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years managing a team (5 direct reports or greater) in a Customer Service or Legal Setting
  • Significant experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus!
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ongoing attention to detail with a high rate of accuracy
  • Highly organized and energetic personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Legal certification preferred, but not required

Benefits Include:

  • $50,000 to $70,000 Annual Salary, depending on experience
  • PTO & paid holidays
