Are you ready?

Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST SUPERVISOR to work within one of our footprint locations of: VA /GA /PA / Charlotte, NC / Charleston, SC.

Will be an authority in process management, process improvement, and process driven systems business requirements. Has advanced understanding and is typically assigned to complex projects requiring independent decision-making. Leads and partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on ideas and solutions that impact company-wide results and provides mentorship and business process guidance to team members and associates.

Will be responsible for conducting business and functionality impact analysis on current state and future state systems architecture and business processes. Must be capable of managing cross functional initiatives to identify, evaluate, and implement effective solutions to complex business challenges with minimal supervision.

May provide leadership with contractors and/or employees on a project or temporary basis. Provides mentorship and guidance to direct reports and the team on the process design, as well as validation of business case analysis/business requirements and controls. Will facilitate one on ones with direct reports, along with conducting regular staff meetings. Partners with Director in goal setting. Develops team building and/or training exercises to promote growth and enhance skill sets to meet team and individual goals. Will present at staff meetings and/or present to other levels within the company. Will recognize and surface individual/team performance concerns and partner with the Director to provide resolution. Must have the leadership ability to provide suggestions and make business decisions in the absence of direct leadership.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university in process management/program management/ business or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in process work experience, business analysis, process design and/or system analysis with experience in Telecommunications preferred. Experienced in preparing process mapping documentation, designing process & control systems, and time and motion studies. Knowledge of industry standards such as PMP, Six Sigma, & Agile Methodologies recommended. Experienced in building business process workflows using tools (IE. ARIS, SPARX, Visio, etc).
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a mentor/leadership role is preferred/a plus
  • Key Competencies: Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, relationship building, change management and communication skills to all levels of leadership.
