Place of work: Remote + Office
Pay: Base: $70,000 + Bonus for each client over 25 clients (10% of sale…recurring revenue for digital marketing or one-time website client)
For example…one new client that bills at $1,000 per month, would add another $100 per month to the salary if we have a minimum of 25 recurring clients. So, the annual salary would go from $70,000 to $71,200. Another similar client would raise the pay to $72,400.
This provides incentive to 1) keep the client base at 24 or higher and 2) bring in new business.
Overview of the current company standing: Our company, BizMilk is a digital marketing company that also provides website creation, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising (Google Ads) and social media marketing. We are currently doing the website builds, SEO, and PPC advertising in-house. We build all sites on WordPress using a single theme that is well supported by the developer.
We strive to always answer clients within 2 hours, email or phone and always take care of any needs ASAP. Being fast and helpful has played the primary role in our nearly 50 5-star reviews. It also means we have had to spend less time finding new clients to meet our financial goals.
Job Description: BizMilk is looking for an operations manager with a little bit of sales sprinkled in to take over the daily operation of the business. First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is motivated, honest and can work alone. There may come a time in the future where the candidate will need to supervise a salesperson.
We need someone with these skills at a minimum:
SEO knowledge
Ability to use WordPress, build and manage websites
Managing content creation for each website that includes an SEO package
Sales experience to convert calls/referrals to clients
Ability to manage time for day to day and sales
Quick to tackle client concerns, questions and needs
Responsibilities include:
· Daily care of all client needs
· Sending invoices and monthly reports
· Building and managing websites in-house (we can help in times of need. No subcontracting of website builds)
· Coordinating content creation needs with writing team
· Coordinating social media content with SM team
· Attending sales calls, either in our office or in their office…we try to avoid third party locations like coffee shops, etc.
· Most importantly, be sure every client feels like they are the most important client we have…because they are!
If you are looking for a “boss free” job, who only comes in once a month but has serious upside to make good money - this is for you. However, with this zero guidance after the initial learning phase - you will need to be highly self-motivated to ensure our clients are happy and new clients are onboarding smoothly and on a regular basis. We expect to only be present every 2-4 weeks for a 1-hour overview and that is it.
Note: A non-compete agreement and a non-disclosure agreement will be required before an offer of employment is made.
