The Regional Operations Coordinator works under the supervision of the Sr. Regional Operations Director to support operations and procedures required for the acquisition and ongoing management of multi-units operated by corporate. This position is fast-paced and multi-faceted. Additional projects and tasks will be assigned by the Sr. Regional Operations Director.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide and extension of support to the Regional Operations Directors by serving as a liaison (support desk) for the corporate affiliated locations.
  • Provide general administration support to the Executive Vice President.
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of office coordinators in the CAUs.
  • Provide remote and onsite assistance as needed for coverage
  • Analyze and report on unit performance metrics and provide recommendations for improved efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the Key Performance Indicators, Best Practices, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist with ongoing training initiatives for the corporate affiliated locations.
  • Development and ongoing maintenance of various reports and tracking spreadsheets. Birthdays & Anniversaries, Master Carrier Sheets, Lease Details Portal and System Accesso Employee Census.
  • Human Resources/Payroll
  • Management of Job Postings to include the maintenance of positions and revisions to postings to improve ad performance.
  • Recruitment, candidate screening, initial interviewing, and scheduling of candidates for assigned locations.
  • Administration of background checks and reference checks on new hires.
  • Administration of Applications, Background Releases, Offer Letters, Professional Service Agreements, Collaborative Agreements, and Non- Competes through DocuSign.
  • Manage new hire hiring projects to include New Hire Onboarding, Malpractice Submissions, Document Retrieval and System Access Administration.
  • Submit the credentialing application and supporting documentation for insurance credentialing.
  • Provide backup support for Payroll Administration. Conduct training and provide ongoing support to location managers when required and/or requested.
  • Compliance
  • Administration of assigning users and monitoring status on the designated compliance platform.
  • Provide notification and obtain quarterly compliance self-audits from the unit managers and provide to the Regional Operations Director.
  • Due Diligence and New Units
  • Participate, as a member of the project team, in the processes and procedures involved with new unit development and due diligence / acquisitions of existing units. Carry out the tasks as assigned therein.
  • Vendor relations including communication & negotiation of vendor service contracts and review of current contracts and accounts.

Requirements:

  • Strong Interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Management and Payroll Administration
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills and effectively develops and monitors project work.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must have current driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must provide reference reflecting strong moral character

Other Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience working in the medical field and with Health Insurance processing.
  • Experience as a Manager, Supervisor, or Lead position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with Intuit QuickBooks Online
  • Be able to multi-task, prioritize, apply critical thinking skills, and provide highest level of customer service both internally and externally. All should be with a high level of accuracy.
  • Lift and carry 25+ pounds and sit for long periods of time
  • Type 45 wpm
  • Be a confident and positive team-oriented person motivated to aid in overall organizational growth
  • Ability to engage in wide variety of business discussions and quickly learn new and/or complex concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
