We are seeking a responsible and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of multi-tasking, excellent communication skills and computer literacy. Duties include scheduling meetings and keeping track of employee schedules, and the ideal candidate will be able to manage finances, make purchase orders and cultivate relationships with vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the company's current facilities and make recommendations for potential space improvements.
  • Interview and screen job candidates.
  • Manage office personnel and office supplies.
  • Oversee office maintenance activities and facilities investments.
  • Review office equipment requirements and prioritize purchases.
  • Oversee the installation of new software and hardware.
  • Knowledge of grammar and punctuation; basic accounting principles; basic computer skills; basic business skills; basic office management principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
