Business Office Assistant
Heritage Hall is currently recruiting for a Business Office Assistant. The Business Office Assistant assists the Business Office Manager in the attainment and maintenance of accounts receivable. They perform all data entry to residents’ accounts; maintain resident fund records; assist with the process bi-weekly payroll; and assists with Human Resources under the supervision of the Office Manager. They also assist the Business Office Manager as needed. This position is cross trained on all duties of the Business Office Manager to serve as backup in his/her absence.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Human Resource and Business Office Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
  • Must be a notary or eligible to become a notary
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and execute time management
  • Must be able to travel as necessary for training and meetings
  • Must have strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate with a wide variety of individuals
New team member applicants will be given seven (7) business days from the date of the employment health screening to provide adequate documentation of exemption or vaccination. If documentation is not received, the facility Human Resources will advise the applicant they are not cleared for hire and may result in rescinding offer of employment.
