Summary

As an eBanking Business Support Representative, you will be responsible for internally supporting our electronic banking services. You will also serve as a point of contact for all online business banking products and services, including the maintenance and enhancements of products to enrich our customer’s digital banking presence.

The following skills and attributes are needed to be successful in your banking career as an eBanking Business Support Representative:

  • Ability to complete a task with focus and attention to detail.
  • Consistently well organized to manage a large-scale customer base
  • Work in a team orientated environment, while also being self-sufficient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to operate standard office and bank equipment and required software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Willingness to gain proficiency in electronic platforms such as DocuSign, internal intranet, and mobile based services.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have most or all the following qualifications:

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant banking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be helpful but is not required.
  • Some past experience in marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to be mobile to accommodate meeting requests and interact with other departments as needed.
  • A thorough knowledge of the systems used by banks and bank customers to initiate electronic payments, including the risks associated with these transactions.
  • Six to twelve months of on-the-job training is required to become familiar with departmental policies and procedures
