Business Assistant
About Rullex: Rullex provides cell equipment installation services and project management for mobile operators. Rullex's clients include T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T and others.
About the Position: Rullex is seeking a remote Business Assistant who will successfully help and support the CEO and HD4 on a daily basis to reach company goals. The business assistant handles permits, general/electrical contractor licensing, business licenses/registrations, and any additional tasks from the CEO.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure building permits are received according to the project plan
- Ensure electrical permits are received according to the project plan
- Coordinate with CMs permits closure if physical presence is required to be on-site
- Report to the HD4
- Research license requirements on the official state/city website
- Schedule contractor/electrical exams and arrange everything needed for successful test completion (books, practice tests, etc.)
- Gather and submit the application and all necessary documents to the licensing agencies
- Monitor the application process and follow up with the agencies regarding the status of the application
- Store copies of the application documents to the correct folder for future references
- Upload received licenses to appropriate folders
- Verify registration with the Secretary of State within the state of your application
- Obtain COI, Bonds, checks, and other documents required for applying for the license/registrations
- Submit the application package to the city/county council
- Upload received licenses to appropriate folders

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm (Remote)
