Hobbs Madison is a Business and Technology consulting firm focused on Financial Services. We are looking to fill immediate openings due to growth for business analysts specializing in workflow, process redesign, and streamlining. The business analysts will work directly with high energy clients to help streamline workflow business processes using Camunda. This is a super opportunity to work with an experienced team on transforming their business.
The responsibilities of the Business Analyst include, but aren’t limited to:
- Lead the simplification and redesign of mission critical business processes
- Analyze workflows and operational improvement opportunities
- Work closely with client teams to optimize workflows
- Experience with streamlining workflows and identifying automation opportunities
- Track record of successful workflow redesign in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with business and technical contributors to identify client needs
- Knowledge of Camunda open-source workflow not required, but a plus
- 3-5 years financial services background required. Healthcare insurance benefits experience a plus.
