Business Analyst Srhybrid Role!!!
Provide support for the testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of client Department.
Work with the Business Unit to identify, document, and report bug tickets in the vendor managed Jira ServiceDesk platform. Conduct and document the results of special studies dealing with systems and/or business process issues.
Liaise between the vendor and the business unit to prioritize issue tickets.
Analyze and document business requirements and processes related to the enhancements of the client.
Participate in planning, scheduling, and conducting stakeholder sessions focused on requirements-gathering by assisting the Business Unit team with preparation and documentation (meeting minutes, agendas, existing requirements, workflows, UI/UX prototypes/mockups).
Plan and/or conduct end user training for new applications.
Create work items / cards in Azure DevOps based on requirements gathering and provide acceptance criteria in coordination with UI/UX for the HRTS software application.
Superior negotiating, analytical, group facilitation, and relationship management skills. Work effectively with all levels of client staff.
Possess superior organizational and written/verbal communication skills. An understanding of current information technology with an ability to conceptualize solutions to business problems in the most effective manner. An ability to integrate solutions across multiple functional and technical environments is required. Requires a minimum of two years of experience in the last two years. Must hold a BA/BS degree. Same qualifications as Business Analyst I with the exception of the following: Requires a minimum of five years of increasingly complex and responsible experience in the last five years. Must hold a BA/BS degree (advanced degree a plus).
