Business Analyst in Clifton Forge, NC area for a long-term contract opportunity.

This role is REMOTE

Candidates must live in Virginia and be able to go to Clifton Forge VA location to pick up laptop

*Candidates must be willing to come to Clifton Forge VA once every 60-90 days for staff meeting (LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE INTERVIEWED FIRST)

***Please note that Clifton Forge VA is NOT Clifton VA

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and document system, application and data requirements

• Manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, and building automated tests using Tricentis Tosca

• Co-ordinates with quality assurance personnel to ensure necessary and sufficient test plans are implemented and assists in the execution of test plans within the change control processes

• Work heavily in Tricentis Tosca automated testing software and with the development team

• Document existing infrastructure, system analysis, creation of release notes, assurance of compliance to applicable regulations and maintenance of the document repository

Required Skills:

• 5 years- Requirements gathering

• 3 years- Business analysis

• 2 years- Tricentis Tosca

• 3 years- Quality Assurance\Manual Testing

• Understanding of servers, networking, and the development life cycle

• Strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions. Prioritize work effectively and address issues in a timely manner is essential.

Desired Skills:

• 2 years- SQL or TSQL Experience

• 3 years- Technical writing

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $54,116.26 - $119,537.37 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Clifton Forge, VA 24422: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
