Our Budtenders take home an hourly rate plus $$$ tips.

General Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and support all customers in an efficient, professional, friendly, and informative manner with the goal of creating a positive, caring experience that meets their needs
- Adhere to all company policies, rules, and regulations
- Work as part of a team to ensure every customers’ satisfaction, sales goals, and timelines are met
- Adhere to break and lunch schedule for optimal customer experience
- Adhere to personal hygiene policy
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, as well as customer service, including:
- Answering the phone and greeting walk-in customers
- Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Accurate and timely data entry of customer profiles
- Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers
- Security measures and safety compliance
- Store organization and cleanliness
- Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations, including daily activities, maintenance, as well as customer information for any reported issues and/or customer complaints
Qualifications:
- MED Employee License (required)
- 6 months previous cannabis sales experience (preferred)
- Customer service/sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team of managers and sales associates, vendors, and community members
- Knowledge of METRC
- Strong cannabis knowledge, including local laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with cash handling and computer point of sale systems
- Reliable transportation
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and all holidays
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day
- Willing to work closing shifts- 3:30p.m.-12:00 a.m.
- Ability to effectively explain all variations of cannabis products to customers or patients
- Ability to conduct sales in a professional, personable and attentive manner
- Knowledge of strains, weights, genetics, and industry trends
