Position Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
At least two years extensive knowledge of banking and regulations.
- Candidates pursuing a business or related degree are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, alertness, good judgment, courtesy, tact, and patience
- Very strong customer service skills
- Proven time management and organizational skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Primary Responsibilities
Supports the BSA Officer. Assists in performing various quality control reviews and monitoring in all areas of BSA Compliance, to ensure the Bank’s BSA compliance efforts are maintained on a daily basis. Assists in ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures by working with Bank employees in answering questions and helping to resolve issues. Provides administrative support as needed.
