Job description

Our desired breakfast attendant would oversee the setup and takedown of our breakfast buffet, as well as maintain the dining space, ensure food is available, and provide any other dining-related guest services.

Prepare and replenish breakfast foods as needed throughout noted breakfast hours.

Engage with guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Breakfast attendants keep the pantry organized to ensure inventory is exceptional.

You will ensure that the restaurant is prepared on time for our guests and ensure that customer satisfaction is exceeded.

It is also essential that the restaurant is left organized and clean when breakfast ends.

Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours.

Serve guests with food and drinks while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary.

Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage

Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly

Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently

Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.

Ensure the smooth running of breakfast on a day-to-day basis, with effective communication, both written and spoken, within and between departments

Ensure Inventory is up to date

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
