LGO Bake Shop - Hadley is hiring FT experienced Bread Bakers!
We are hiring:
Bread Bakers - starting as early as 3am; must be available weekends and holidays!
The Bake Shop is a high volume production bakery that produces the highest quality breads to our Phoenix Stores. We supply large wholesale accounts as well as our own store-front for walk-in guests with daily selections of fresh baked goods, cakes and pastries.
Our ideal candidate must have time management skills, strict attention to detail, knowledge of shaping / proofing bread, knowledge in working with dough, knowledge of scratch baking in a professional environment and the ability to follow recipes to written specifications.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years baker / pastry experience in a high volume professional bakery setting.
Must be recipe literate and be able to execute recipes accurately.
Ability to calculate basic culinary math.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
