Job description
Reporting to the Director of marketing, you will help drive the strategy, development, and overall alignment of Rothco’s brand campaigns. As the content manager should have excellent organizational habits which will allow you to oversee the implementation and execution of the marketing calendar. You will take charge of content creation, product photography, and all brand assets. Develop, collaborate and manage distribute of editorial marketing calendar and help set the overall tone and direction of the brand on all digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Support in the development of the overall brand and marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market ideas across digital, print and physical environments
· Develop and manage go-to marketing calendar development and launch across a variety of channels and mediums, including web, email, social media, print, digital, photo, and video
· Oversee content creation, product photography, and all brand assets. Coordinate creative workflows amongst creative, marketing and ecommerce teams on photoshoot development including timeline planning, estimation and booking of photoshoot needs
· Work with graphic and marketing teams to develop product shot lists based on product needs and help develop product stories that help meet brand standards and resulting in executable content across media
· Identify new opportunities that support our brand marketing strategies by researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
· Assist in campaign effectiveness including weekly reporting, campaign optimization, post-campaign reporting to provide insights and learnings for future strategies
· Management of all imagery and video post-production needs including select review/approval, proofing, vendor selection/management
· Work with graphics team on the maintenance and creation of imagery, product photography and video assets
· Develop and implement strategies that level up into broader marketing goals across ecommerce, brand, wholesale and consumers
· Work with marketing team to develop and analyze trends, sales, traffic and growth on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis and to communicate findings across all partners
· Monitor social conversations and compile reporting around trends and brand sentiment
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or similar field
· 4+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar
· Excellent background in content and layout design tools such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
· Strong skills with MS Office and Google Suite
· Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media
· Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with content management systems a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
