You will be making an impact by:

• Being a VIVA Ambassador for our service, our food, and our love for people through community grassroots marketing.

• Collaborating with Summerville, SC District Manager and Charlotte Marketing team on unconventional advertising, marketing methods and tactics to reach potential guests on a personal level.

• Prospecting event opportunities and collaborations with local businesses to drive brand awareness and sales.

• Managing all local restaurant marketing activities across Summerville's location including but not limited to: Increasing brand awareness, developing and executing promotional events to drive increased foot traffic, and more.

• Promoting, coordinating, and facilitating fundraisers

• Working with the catering team to identify new potential catering leads

• Managing community and charity partnerships via special events, donations, and marketing efforts

• Generating community goodwill.

• Communicating with Operations Team about initiatives to grow traffic, sales, and catering opportunities.

• Researching the surrounding areas and identifying nearby opportunities, update the operations and marketing team on this information and provide plans for next steps.

• Identifying leads in a 5-mile radius by walking into businesses, hotels, and establishments to introduce yourself and Viva Chicken.

• Utilizing marketing “hello-edible” food drops

You bring to the table:

• A Passion for People, great verbal, and written communication skills.

• Comfortability being interactive and engaging in social environments and creating relationships.

• Being constantly in the community with goal of creating awareness and Viva’s image.

• Self-actualized, with organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and administrative experience.

• Experience in or pursuing Marketing, Advertising, and Communications

• Previous restaurant operations, management, or leadership experience.

• Polished, professional demeanor and attitude. “Ambitious” attitude and high energy.

Viva Chicken is a charcoal-fired Rotisserie Joint serving the Hottest, Freshest Chicken, Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken) found on the streets of Peru. We are looking for an Atlanta-based local Brand Ambassador who has a passion for people and an understanding of our obsession for service to come join our team.
