Warrenville branch of Chicago bank is seeking individual to provide teller services to customers on a part-time basis.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to, greeting customers; processing and recording transactions using teller applications software after verifying amounts, endorsement signatures, negotiability and account balances; receiving checks, currency and other negotiable instruments for deposit to or payment on demand deposit, credit card and loan accounts; processing requests for coin and currency; issuing cashier’s checks, money orders and travelers checks; running and balancing the teller blotter on a daily basis; entering data into spreadsheets and processing items for mailing.

Candidates for this position should possess high school diploma with one year of cashier experience which demonstrates knowledge of cash handling practices and procedures along with PC (Windows), customer service, arithmetic aptitude, calculator and manual dexterity skills (computer skills testing required). (For consideration as Universal Teller, candidate needs a minimum of two years of universal teller experience using teller application software and successful bank teller skills as demonstrated through testing.)

Primary schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with availability to cover vacation/intermittent absences with increased hours as they occur.
