Our Member Service Representatives work inside our retail branch network helping members with anything they need including:

• Performing financial transactions
• Problem resolution
• Recommending financial solutions and strategies to improve their financial wellbeing
• Delivering exceptional, personalized customer service

Am I qualified?

This position requires the following education and experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year:
• Retail and/or sales experience performing against set goals/quotas
• Cash handling experience, including balancing cash drawers/tills or other related duties
• Customer service experience which required problem solving and decision making
