Imperial Sprinkler Supply, a partner of Heritage Landscaping Supply Group, is seeking an experienced self-motivated, service-oriented Branch Manager candidate that is knowledgeable in Landscape and Irrigation. This full-time autonomous position will be responsible for growing and maintaining customers in the area and supporting branch operations within the market. Salary: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (DOE)
DUTIES:

• Directing all branch operations; sales, service; delivery, and business development strategies to ensure the branch achieves the desired results.
• Maintain our Culture and following policies and procedures as implemented by Executive Management.
• Maintain an efficient, clean, safe, and orderly branch operation for the benefit of employees, customers and vendors.
• Stay involved with and aware of new products and changes to existing products.
• Comprehend, support, participate and educate all promotion and advertising initiatives as communicated.
• Provide execution and support of daily tasks such as order entry, answering phones, purchasing product, deliveries, end of day procedures, sales tax errors, pricing/profitability, etc.
• Focus daily activities on achieving the highest level of customer service and embrace opportunities to expand the market and/or market share.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge, Internet use
• Forklift experience helpful
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a repetitive basis
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required
• Full knowledge of managing a distributor of irrigation & landscaping products.
• Knowledge of an ERP system is highly preferred. Agility software preferred, but not required as it is easily learned by someone who has database experience.
• Able to pass criminal and driving background check and pre-employment drug test.
