As a full-time Branch Banker, you will deliver a superior branch experience by welcoming customers an engaging in all aspects of customer interaction such as sales, service, and transaction processing. Your focus will be building full banking relationships with current clients and prospects while seizing opportunities to promote, recommend and cross-sell bank products and services. You will fulfill customer’s needs by conducting a financial needs assessment and recommending appropriate solutions.

We require:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field, or comparable education and/or experience
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial institution or comparable experience in a selling environment.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and client service skills and ability to communicate effectively
• A track record of working effectively in a team environment and building relationships with colleagues.
• Knowledge of financial institution operations and procedures.
• Working knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to financial institution
• Ability to apply strong analytical skills in reviewing data received from business partners.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal business partners demonstrating a working knowledge of major business functions.
• Effective written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills & the ability to interface with all levels of management and staff.
• Computer literacy including knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel and computer and software systems.

• Securities and Life & Health Licensing a plus, but not required.
