Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
Position Requirements:
- Brakes, alignment, steering, suspension, TPMS, ride control including shocks and struts, bearing packs, fluid replacements, a thorough understanding of electrical and how to test it safely, and tire service and repair.
- Great technical knowledge of shop equipment such as alignment systems, scan/diagnostic equipment, brake lathes, strut compressors, and wheel and tire equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
- Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing
Qualifications:
At least 2 year’s professional experience or equivalent schooling preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certifications and/or automotive degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license required
- Technician must provide own tools.
- Applicants will be required to complete an employment application and additional pre-employment requirements.
- Selected applicants will be required to submit to and successfully complete MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), background check,
- Selected applicants must be willing to adhere to a company policy that would require them to maintain a certain appearance at work,
- Computer skills a must. Experience with All Data and scan/diag tools preferred.
