Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time Positions Available, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Clubhouse or Site Manager
Compensation: $21-$25 per hour

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under the direct supervision of the Clubhouse Manager, the Front Desk
Coordinator is the first point of contact for the site. This position must be bilingual, and is responsible for the membership of all youth attending the Club.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
1. Engage and respond to the needs of the parents, members, and community as the first point of contact at the Club.
2. Maintain a safe Club site by tracking visitors that come into the Club: 1.require sign in and 2. have a visitor’s badge/volunteer badge/parent pickup pass
3. Efficiently and accurately provide information regarding membership/scholarships, events, specialty camps hosted by the Club.
4. Assist staff with first aid, member help if there is an emergency
5. Support the needs and requests of the Clubhouse Manager
Coordinator.
Administrative Support
1. Organize & accurately maintain membership applications/scholarships
2. Create and distribute membership badges to each member of the Club
3. Manage all cash and electronic payments for membership
4. Ensure accurate daily opening and closing front desk procedures for the Club site
5. Maintain and ensure that members are accounted for upon arrival and departure daily
6. and have members scan in and scan out (Remind members to scan out each day, a live scan out must happen each day)
Additional Responsibilities
1. Answer Club telephone
2. Clean and organize front desk daily
3. Coordinate with bus arrivals
4. Check email daily and communicate club issues with the Club Site Manager
5. Redirect members to the appropriate staff (e.g. “where do I go?”, “When is snack?”, “What time is it?”, “Can I go to the bathroom”).
6. Assist with data entry as needed and if asked by the Site Manager
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- High School Graduate
- 2-3 years experience in an office environment
- Must pass a pre-employment background check & fingerprinting.
- Must be fully vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated within the first month of employment for
COVID - 19
- Must be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and
Publisher
- Basic knowledge of google drive & gmail
- Ability to relate with children and parents
- Experience in working with children and knowledge of youth development.
- Strong organization, time management skills and ability to set priorities
- Obtain strong work ethic, positive attitude, high level of energy and flexibility
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, customer service skills and attention to detail
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required to stand, walk, and sit. Able to use hands and fingers on a (computer) keyboard and other office equipment.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds during a standard 4 or 8 hour shift.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- The noise level in the work environment is high due to work being conducted in a Club for children, inside and outside setting.
