Bookkeeping

The NorthStar Group is seeking a temporary part time (opportunity for full time conversion) Bookkeeper. Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
  • Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
  • Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
  • Processing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Processing checks.
  • Understanding ledgers.
  • Working with an accountant when necessary.
  • Handling monthly payroll using accounting software.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $29,231.36 - $68,982.70 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
