Book Keeper/Office Manager

My name is Chip the owner of Ashton Landscaping here in Virginia Beach. We are a multimillion-dollar landscaping company in business for 20 years. We work in both the commercial and residential segment of the business and have enjoyed solid growth over the years. As a result, we recognize the need for an experienced take charge bookkeeper/office manager for our busy office.

I need someone who has had previous experience as a full charge bookkeeper/office manager that can work as a team with my two other office administrators. Now we’re not a Fortune 500 company but we’re offering $30.00 per hour plus, vacation, sick days, major holidays and major medical/ dental.

This is a full-time job handling all of the normal bookkeeping responsibilities where a working knowledge of Quick Books online is a must. Included in the job is handling typical HR duties like filling out new hire forms, helping with new hire offer letters, employee benefit details, policies and procedures etc.
