Job description

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, doing bank reconciliation, and managing client accounts. They should be detail oriented and have good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Track expenses, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely processing of payroll

Qualifications

• Prior experience in bookkeeping or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Detail oriented

The position could be part-time, minimum 25 hours, or full-time. Applicants considered for the position will be subject to a background check due to the requirements of the job.
